Acting on inputs received during his public outreach since taking charge last month, J&K lieutenant governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday unveiled a Rs 1,350-crore economic package to “ensure more money in people’s pockets” and help the fledgling Union Territory’s beaten-down business sector bounce back quickly and create jobs.
