Central Crime Branch (CCB) sleuths investigating the drug-peddling scandal with alleged links to Sandalwood celebrities on Monday issued a lookout circular against two suspects – businessman Shivaprakash and ex-minister Jeevaraj Alva’s son Aditya Alva.
