7 people are now confirmed dead and over 30 reported missing after a cloudburst in a remote village in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir early on Wednesday. Around nine houses have been damaged. Rescue teams were rushed to Honzar village of Dacchan tehsil, officials said.
