In a major relief to Union minister Narayan Rane who was arrested by Maharashtra police over his ‘slap slur’ against chief minister Uddhav Thackeray, was granted bail by Raigad magistrate on Tuesday late night. He was granted bail on the condition that he will appear before the Mahad crime branch on August 30 and September 13. Ahead of his arrest, Rane had said that he had not committed any crime.
