The Supreme Court said that construction of the towers containing almost 1,000 flats was done in violation of rules and must be razed within two months by Supertech at its own cost. The apex court has directed Supertech to refund money to all homebuyers who had booked flats in two towers along with interest within two months and also pay Rs 2 crore to RWA of the housing society.
