India has reported 35,662 new Covid-19 cases and 281 deaths in a span of 24 hours, the Union health ministry said on Saturday. The current recovery rate is 97.65%, it stated. India has achieved the highest-ever single-day vaccination coverage with 2.5 crore doses being administered in the last 24 hours, a government bulletin on Saturday said.
