In his first informal appearance after taking oath as the Punjab chief minister on September 20, Charanjit Singh Channi has promised to people in the state new dreams. In a short 52-second video clip posted on Koo micro-blogging site by the Government of Punjab (@PunjabGovtIndia) on Wednesday, Channi is seen getting poetic while describing the state, at a tea stall.
