Jailed gangster Jitender Gogi, who was shot dead on Friday by his rivals inside a court in Delhi’s Rohini, was arrested in April this year under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) by Delhi Police’s Special Cell. He was found operating freely from behind the bars.
