Paddy procurement in Punjab and Haryana will start from tomorrow, Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar said after meeting the Union ministers in New Delhi. This comes after farmers in Punjab and Haryana staged protests at many places against postponing of paddy procurement.
