Indian kids are happy to be back to school once again. After two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced schools to close and switch to online learning, students are excited to be back in the classroom with their friends and teachers.
A recent survey by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) found that 85% of students are happy to be back in school. The survey also found that students are particularly looking forward to interacting with their teachers and classmates in person.
The return to school is not without its challenges, however. Many students have fallen behind during the pandemic, and teachers will need to work to help them catch up. Additionally, some students may be experiencing anxiety or social awkwardness after two years of isolation.
Despite these challenges, the return to school is a positive step for Indian students. It is an opportunity for them to reconnect with their peers, learn new things, and build a brighter future.
